Description
This is a rare, exciting and highly coveted opportunity for a talented and experienced digital marketing professional to join The Estée Lauder Companies in the newly created role of Digital and Social Media Manager for the flagship Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty brands.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and implementation of our full digital marketing strategy across paid/owned/earned media. You’ll also work closely with Regional Digital Marketing, Communications and Ecommerce teams, and our creative and media agencies to cement Estée Lauder’s position as a best-in-class, digital-first brand.
A unique blend of creative, strategic and analytical, you’ll conceptualise and execute innovative and integrated digital programs that engage consumers, meet brand objectives and ultimately drive market share growth.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead the planning and execution of all paid digital marketing efforts, including display, programmatic, video, social, and content. Monitor latest trends and innovations, making strategic recommendations to drive continuous evolution of our digital efforts.
• Partner with Communications and Ecommerce teams on integrated Influencer and Search Marketing programs, respectively.
• Champion digital within the team and business, collaborating broadly to maximise brand activities and align digital communications with offline media, CRM, ecommerce and retail marketing.
• Execute with excellence, upholding the global brand standards with local relevancy.
• You will have support from and lead collaboration with cross-functional departments, including consumer engagement and offline media, CRM, retail marketing, insights, communications, online/ecommerce, creative services, education and finance.
• As a newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to build the digital marketing function for a global powerhouse brand from the bottom up, leveraging the support of regional & global digital marketing.
Qualifications
Required skills and experience:
• You are an experienced digital marketing manager (5+ years) with an entrepreneurial mindset. With strong project and stakeholder management skills, you drive digital marketing programs from strategy to completion with exceptional attention to detail, excellence in execution and a drive for results.
• Proven track record running successful paid campaigns, including across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
• Your interest and knowledge of the beauty category allows you to produce media, content, visuals, copy and a consumer experience that engages her while supporting the equity of the brand. You have strong visual and writing skills, with a passion for great ad copy and creative.
• Strong analytic and insight skills help you deep dive into results, translating them into actionable recommendations. Experience with customer data-led digital marketing campaigns a big plus.
• Detail oriented and a strong communicator, you’re comfortable influencing and presenting to senior management
• A pro-active team player, you are highly self-motivated with a passion for beauty and related categories, consumer marketing, and all things digital.
• Qualifications in business/marketing a plus.
