Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The consumer is at the heart of everything we do. Therefore the adidas group has set a target to win in the Direct to Consumers business, by becoming a world-class Omnichannel Player.
In the role as “Senior Analyst, Business Solutions eCOM” you will be a major contributor of the adidas Omni Channel Transformation, focused on market Korea. You will play a key role to design and improve the eCommerce solution and shape the future of the digital online stores for the adidas group.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Solution Management
1. Demand/Delivery Management
Capture, understand and deliver RFC’s, small projects or work streams, as allocated by the manager, related to the eCom area. This includes supporting workshops with business and IT to reach a clear outcome, solution design and action steps.Contribute to change management activities for the eCom solutions and mobile applications through supporting stakeholders that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits. This also includes proper documentation, training, controls and metrics.
Support application releases for eCom and Mobile in cooperation with responsible Release/Demand Manager.
Support the respective business unit in defining test conditions for demands as part of functional design and ensure that the detailed functional design reflects and supports the business processes and follows GIT standards.
2. Service Management
Follow the SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards in alignment with the business
Execute and analyze day-to-day operations support, whilst constantly identifying improvement areas and actions and drive their implementation
Oversee 1st and 2nd level support as required to meet business demands and respective GIT targets. Act as the single point of contact for the appropriate business counterparts and ensure that application issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Work on operational excellence including creation and maintenance of standard operation procedures and user manuals for different systems.
Take care of housekeeping activities to avoid operational issue in a pro-active manner by monitoring techn. local interfaces and Program terminations.
Constantly identify improvement areas. Drive their implementation to ensure system simplification and sustainability for further growth.
Functional & Technical Expertise
Develop end-to-end understanding of online business processes and best practices in order to translate internal and external trends into deliverables for the Business. Provide technical expertise in the specific domain.
Stakeholder Management
Build productive relationships with your peers within GIT and in the respective business area. Run regular update meetings with your superior and stakeholders.
Individual key responsibilities:
• Design E2E online business solutions for the adidas Retail business, based on expert functional and technical retail skills
• Design eCommerce sites in order to provide secure and stable online eCommerce experience to consumer as well as to meet the enhanced security standard required by local market law
• Identify new trend and technology and apply to online/mobile store to provide consumer with enhanced experience
• Support deployment (build, test, roll-out) of business solutions, related to the adidas eCom solution and mobile application for the online stores
• Deepen knowledge of eCommerce applications and the integration into the overall omnichannel architecture
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of commercial functions (channels and brands) in a dynamically changing environment to lead innovation in the organization
• Drive for new solutions in close alignment with consumer direct team and global IT team
• Define improvement areas in both online and mobile from consumer perspective and proactively enhance backend in order to never miss a sales opportunity
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for adidas Korea used online store applications, like eCom, eTail, CRM (part of eCom system architecture) and deployed online solutions
• Review regularly performance reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and areas for the improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Understanding of Retail business processes in consumer product and manufacturing industries
• Experience of designing and delivering online solutions is a plus
• Experience/ Understanding of service-based integration architecture, e.g. eCom to POS and CRM
• Business process analysis skills - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, document findings, draw valid conclusions and propose solutions
• Project delivery experience as task owner of IT team
• Strong documentation and training skills as part of project execution
• Knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with analytical, systems and social skills. With the ability to view issues and requirements from a business perspective.
• Pro-active and customer-oriented mind-set
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
• Strong communication (both written and verbal)
• Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
• Fluent English (verbal and written),
• Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3years of progressive work experience
