Purpose:
Develop Brazil Brand Activation strategy plan across all communication channels (Retail, PR, Digital, Media) in accordance with GTM strategy and in line with Global guidelines. Drive the GTM strategy including the coordination of sell-in process.
Key Accountabilities:
Brazil Reebok Marketing Plan
• Be the Brand's face and voice, internally and externally, in the country.
• Lead the objectives of NS, contribution and Brand advocacy for Reebok in Brazil.
• Ensure local production projects meet consumer needs and contribution objectives.
• Ensure an impactful Brand Relaunch across the relevant vehicles to ensure execution helps reposition the brand in the mind of customers and consumers hitting business targets
• Define the right way to extend global initiatives and campaigns in the Brazil market and ensure translation into cost efficient media plans and implementation, across all appropriate communication channels and tools.
• Lead presales process and be the voice of Reebok when discussing brand strategy and future activation plans with accounts.
• Develop UFC GTM strategy and be the key point of contact for the partner.
• Develop market-specific initiatives, events, and activations etc. that excite the consumer and are brand-appropriate.
• Manage the MWB budgeting process (in accordance with business plan)
• Define the right GTM strategy for Reebok e.com in country (TBD in collaboration with e.com LAM Director and Regional team.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Ability to develop and implement the strategy
• Lead and manage a diverse team (including remote management)
• Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influence skills
• Strong industry knowledge in all divisions - footwear, apparel and accessories - and all BUs
• Specialist in consumers, accounts, the economic environment and local market business needs
Qualifications:
• University degree in business with marketing focus
• Functional experience in minimum of two brand marketing disciplines in a similar sixed organization
• Senior management experience
• Significant Marketing and Sales experience in sporting goods or retail industry
