From Haute Couture to designer beauty, the Giorgio Armani signature is comprised of essential pieces made from exceptional materials, and the belief that beauty and practicality enrich each other.
The Giorgio Armani and Fragrance Team requires a talented, enthusiastic and results driven Marketing Assistant to provide efficient and effective marketing, secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle day-to-day team administrative & organisational with minimal input
• Manage updating of competitor range boards and competitor products for meetings
• Arrange meetings with internal and external contacts
• Manage ad hoc marketing projects and deliver and present results to senior management as needed
• Assist with creative elements for annual Away days e.g. Arranging video content
• Maintain the competitor press advertising & tracking files
• Be responsible for raising purchase orders, and updating budget sheets with spend
• Maintain fully stocked product cupboard and manage sales team samples requests & customer goody bags and raising NCO’s
• Organising store packs to be sent out to stores for product launches
