Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital IT team. In this newly created role you will work across a diverse program portfolio including website builds, eCommerce, CMS, operations and infrastructure. You’ll put your BA skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as you assist in the development of the project delivery capability at L’Oreal.
About the Role
• support to the business owners in the definition of their needs and translate them into recommendations for development/improvement of IT
• Define the functional specifications of the IT applications and infrastructure
• Analyse the impact of proposed solutions on central infrastructure and applications
• Prepare functional tests for validating developments before application roll out
• Participate and deploy the change management activities by accompanying end users and providing training
About You
You will have experience with JIRA or other similar Agile-focused project management environments and tools, having managed through the entire lifecycle of an implementation project - gathering, documenting, validating, refining, creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Possessing strong analytical skills you will be able to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into requirements while having the communication skills to be a conduit between the business and IT. Detailed understanding of common application technology stacks related to eCommerce systems, digital and the IT space in general is a must as is your ability to manage multiple projects.
