GENERAL FUNCTION The Asset Protection Specialist supports the North American Ecommerce strategy and conducts product buys on a day-to-day basis with a specific focus on preventing diversion.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conducts product buys in order to trace source of product & determine diverters.
• Scans product into the backend system.
• Sends Cease & Desist letters to accounts diverting product and violating MAP policy.
• Manages multiple email inboxes related to MAP and ARA.
• Uploads ARAs into backend system, pulls reports and conducts analysis for ARA statistic
• Reports on ARA KPIs.
• Monitors MAP violations and reaches out to account managers/DSMs to enforce when violations occur.
• Sends MAP C&D letters to any accounts violating the MAP policy.
• Confirms unauthorized sellers and sends Tortious Interference Letters or Vorys C&D letters.
• Liaises with global asset protection teams in regards to product buys and scans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of Ecommerce experience
• Ability to develop and analyze financial/business data
• Well-versed in understanding and utilizing backend systems
• Knowledge of Internet technology platforms and tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with the flexibility to accommodate demanding project schedules
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Motivated, process-oriented self-starter with high attention to detail
• Ability to foster a cooperative, results-driven work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree
