Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.
With innovation in our DNA, we have big ambitions in Digital Marketing which is at the core of our global strategy for growth. The successful incumbent will play a key role in implementing the Group Digital Strategy at L’Oréal NZ.
Your role:
• Report into the NZ Managing Director to champion the digital acceleration of the business in New Zealand.
• Liaise with the ANZ Digital team to align the local plans with the global business direction and the Auckland Marketing teams goals.
• Coordinate the launch of the brand websites and oversee their ongoing optimisation.
• Centralise SEM and SEO with the support of the agency labelium.
• Localise the relevant global mobile applications in collaboration with the Australian digital assets Manager.
• Deploy the CRM roadmap in NZ in partnership with the ANZ CRM Director, Salesforce and JBA as the agency support structure.
• Champion eCommerce acceleration focusing on eRetail partnerships in close collaboration with the sales teams.
• Educate the broader marketing teams on Digital Marketing.
About you:
You will be an experienced, hands-on digital expert, who thrives in a fast-paced and creative culture. A strong networker who demonstrates entrepreneurship, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business. Previous experience managing digital transformation and acceleration will be highly sought along with a commercially minded and flexible approach. In addition, you will also be innovative and able to manage complexity while remaining highly results driven.
