As the Director, Program Delivery/PMO, you will drive end to end delivery of Technology strategic initiatives that enables best in class experiences for our athletes and customers. These critical programs enable superior maintainability, reliability, and scalability. You will establish processes and disciplines to ensure consistency and reliability of solutions while delivering programs on time and budget. The ability to study, adopt, and refine innovations and best practices to implement operational capabilities and services to power Nike’s high growth business model and deliver competitive advantages will be critical to your success.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in successfully delivering strategic programs
• Strong leadership acumen including executive presence and ability to story tell and craft executive communications
• 10 or more years of demonstrated project management experience
• Overall knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle management inclusive of implementation, capacity management, growth and contraction
• Strong understanding of core process that enable high performance operations teams
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced, high velocity environments
• Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management
• Management of large program teams
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets in excess of $250K – including initial estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding of deviations
• Develop resource plans, coordinating/on-boarding of project resources, development and execution of communication plans, defining and executing risk management plans
• Proactive approach to communicate status to stakeholders effectively, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core project sponsors.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or applicable field of study
