Job Overview
True Fit is seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter who loves to be challenged and who can leverage their selling skills and network to uncover new opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals with new customers. The ideal candidate will have true grit and can thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. They will have experience selling to the retail vertical, and specifically footwear and apparel brands and retailers.
Responsibilities
• Drive prospecting activities to uncover new opportunities and grow pipeline
• Find and create leads and develop and nurture key relationships.
• Sell the True Fit value proposition to prospects through product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Meet and exceed individual sales quota.
• Document and manage your sales pipeline in SFDC application
• Accurately forecast with timely updates
Qualifications
• Able to secure meetings at all levels, including C-suite.
• Experience selling to marketers, ecommerce executives and brand managers
• A minimum of 4 years of on-quota achievement with experience in a similar field like; Personalization/Recommendation, Optimization/Testing, Ratings/Reviews, Email Marketing, Analytics
• Experience selling a SaaS solution
• A history of selling subscriptions (SaaS) to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
• Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
• Ability to travel required (50%)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Impeccable values and integrity, no exceptions
• BS/BA or equivalent
