Specific Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage busy Outlook calendars for a Divisional President & EVP / Division Head.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel within budgetary guidelines.
• Expense report management and processing via Concur.
• Manage a busy phone line. Appropriately screen and route calls.
• Assist with gathering / creating Powerpoint presentations and other materials needed for meetings.
• Draft correspondence on behalf of the executives as requested.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings including details such as invites, agendas, room procurement and arrangement with facilities.
• Responsible for catering orders and set up for meetings.
• Routine office maintenance.
• Main point of contact for executive's direct reports, internal and external customers.
Skills and Requirements
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience in the apparel, accessory or entertainment industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a senior level executive.
• Seasoned professional with EA career objective.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skills.
• Organized, independent, self-motivated with a problem solving mentality.
• Professional demeanor and team player attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Must demonstrate adaptability to constantly changing schedules. Adept at managing complex daily calendars and budget expense tracking.
