A day in the life...
The ideal executive administrative assistant to Jeffrey Kalinsky is motivated, results oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service every day. This ambitious team member must be able to assist with day-to-day buying office activities and personal assistant responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities (appointments, travel, meetings, etc).
• Actively drive special projects as assigned
• Order entry into our POS system
• Constant e-mail communication with buyers and vendors
• Checking order confirmations
• Placing orders on behalf of the buyers
• Able to work on the register and shipping Dept when needed
• Handling damages and RTVs
• Handling chargebacks
• Assorted store tasks
Qualifications
• Must have a college degree
• Minimum 2 years' of experience as an executive assistant
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions and use good judgment
• Highly organized and process oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Collaborative and team-oriented, able to communicate with all internal functions to ensure smooth operations
• High level of professionalism and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize and organize large volumes of work to ensure completion within deadlines
• Great at follow through and follow-up
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to start ASAP
