Role Description
The Sr. Brand Visual Manager – Flagship partners with the Brand Visual team, Marketing team, and Product teams to innovate brand elevating visual merchandising presentations designed specifically for the Flagship experience and global customer. This highly creative brand visual leader balances the protection of sales driving programs with more complex and specialized presentations that inspire the customer and elevate the brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Create globally relevant, brand right compelling seasonal in-store merchandise presentation through product placement and displays.
• Participate in pre-season meetings to understand key investments and special collections for Flagship stores.
• Document presentation sets, oversee photographing merchandise presentations, and generate all written communication necessary to create the Visual Presentation Books for stores.
• Lead special projects as needed, including new store launches, corporate and customer events, PR and Social activations, and employee training events.
Qualifications
• 7+ years in-store visual and/or corporate visual experience preferred.
• Highly creative with a strong sense of fashion and styling with the ability to incorporate relevant trends into visual merchandising presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Work well in team environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and advanced computer skills in creative tools (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop) a plus.
