Purpose
Provide system and administrative support to the product marketing team and contribute to achievement of marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities
• Manage and maintain internal adidas systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide data, reporting and information to marketing team requests, including PowerPoint presentations
• Market analysis: store checks, shadowing retail staff, etc. report back key findings and recommendations
• Assist team with focus groups, interaction with consumer, gaining insight into high school kid.
• Interact with Sales: Coordinate key creation milestones; (assisting team with set up, projects, pushing for deadlines), process SMU’s, and solicit feedback from sales team.
• Provide general administrative support to apparel and footwear merchandising and/or product marketing teams such as sorting, shipping and tracking mail/samples, coding and processing invoices, ordering supplies.
• Responsible for some or all of the following:
• Coordinate inventory and logistics of product supply samples
• Create merchandizing boards using Digital Merchandizing Tool (DMT)
• Data entry into PDM/RMA
• Process promotional orders in SAP
• Assist in catalogue creation – upload images, audit and ensure accuracy around product descriptions, pricing, etc.
• Maintain forecasting and margin data on a monthly basis.
• Order, code, manage and coordinate sales samples, including proper disposal.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Extreme passion for fashion, shopping, design, etc
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Originals positioning and consumer
• High level in MS Office; specifically Excel (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly and resourcefully
• Ability to learn new complex systems and tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and understand the client business, organizations, and matrix reporting structure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
1. Associates Degree, four year college or university degree - Fashion, Marketing, Business or related major
2. 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.
3. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
4. Previous experience working with an Fashion / Apparel / FW company preferred
