Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute the SC+ guidelines in the Sales Country and ensure consistent execution. Steer the SC+/WE horizontal Brand strategy & executional guidelines. Execute the Brand & Omni Channel Activation calender in Sales Country across all consumer touchpoints in line with SC+ guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set Brand objectives in accordance with Brand KPI direction provided in the Global Brand Strategy, cascaded by SC+ organisation.
• Drive the consolidated approach across categories and across Brand Communications, Channel Activation and Sport Marketing functions to guarantee aligned activation strategies.
• Lead and drive execution locally on Sales Country level.
• Provide performance feedback on SC+ level to the Market's Brand Activation lead.
• Input into creation of SC+ Brand Plan and MWB, Omni Channel Activation Calendar and feedback on tools – this includes Strategic Input where required
• Lead the Brand Activation Team in Sales Country in executing the SC+ Brand Activation Plan (with local inputs by exception)
• Lead and demonstrate a cultural change to execute rather than add and include all activations on Omni Channel
• Ensure consistency and executional excellence in Sales Country
• Ensure all global tool execution is done in a manner that best improves the Brand KPI’s, traffic and conversion
• Lead and execute the Project / Plan to deliver Brand and Commercial Leadership in Key Cities
• Input, Create and embed a SC+ and Sales Country integrated Marketing Calendar that harmonizes with WE
• Responsible for Sales Country MWB and co-ownership of SWB optimization to deliver best return vs investment
• Drive and lead Sports Marketing intitavives: set a sports marketing strategy to achieve the broader brand objectives; manage the sports marketing mix within the total MWB; drive the Sports Marketing team to activate the assets in ways which drive brand and business KPIs
• Manage and develop Leaders and Manage Talents
• Provide a framework for performance

• Execution excellence in Key City, Concept, Doors
• CRM (Followers, Engagement rates, Number Adresses, ..)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Significant knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry prefered)
• Leading and managing a diverse team
• Marketing budget Management
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of relevant Experience, cross-functional marketing and/or sales experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
• Fluent in local language
• Excellent presentation skills
• IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
