Purpose
The adidas Group is seeking a Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist to fully support and drive Western Europe (WE) objectives, namely to accelerate growth of the business conducted via its own eCom channels by executing and optimizing Organic Search operational activities to establish the adidas and Reebok eShops as the online destinations of choice
Key Accountabilities
• You will contribute to and implement the WE Organic Search strategy across all adidas and Reebok WE markets and sites
• Monitor & report performance to the WE Traffic Management Team and the Global Organic Search team
• Collaborate with a number of internal stakeholders (Global SEO Team, User Experience teams) to implement initiatives for site architecture, taxonomy and content, impacting organic traffic
• Liaise with and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the creation of optimised content to support ongoing activities and tactical campaigns
• Utilize analytics to make data driven decisions around what will best serve our consumers, increase organic presence and improve business KPIs with the support of Western Europe Performance Marketing and Traffic Analytics team
• Keep yourself and the rest of WE Organic Search team up to date with the latest news/changes in the industry, especially changes that impact eCommerce and the core

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, written and oral
• Intermediate or higher written and oral skills in another major European language (French, German, Spanish etc) would be beneficial but not essential
Educational / Experience Requirements:
• Strong, well rounded knowledge of Organic Search with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience either in-house or at an agency
• Proven track record of working with important Organic Search data tools (Google/Bing Webmaster tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, SEO rankings platforms…)
• Direct Experience with Web analytics suites
• Proven track record of execution with examples of highly successful organic search optimization projects in major European markets
• Experience working on Organic Search content and technical projects (URLs, Meta tags improvements, copy/translations optimization
