You will be the Head of Culture’s right hand man, their eyes and ears within the industry. As the Senior Culture Marketing Manager, you will support them with the development and roll out of the global culture marketing strategy.
With the support of your team, you will manage all culture marketing activity at ASOS. This includes our relationships with influential talent and artists, events, festivals and other cultural bodies. Delivering high profile influencer talent led campaigns, along with building relationships and collaborating with up and coming talent to build brand love.
This is a new and exciting role at ASOS, you will spearhead all culture marketing activity for the brand and have the chance to inform and shape future culture marketing engagements.
What you’ll be doing…
• Support the Head of Culture Marketing to drive forward the global culture marketing strategy
• Work with key internal stakeholders to regularly communicate recent activity
• Oversee all department activity, you will be responsible for receiving all briefs, interrogating them and directing the team on the best way to both creatively and strategically deliver them
• Identify key external partners i.e. agencies to work with and oversee these relationships
• Develop and inform what success looks like in relation to campaign performance and the ongoing evolution of a measurement framework
• Facilitate, build and maintain high level relationships with key influencers, events, festivals, record labels etc
• Budget management
• Manage and develop your team

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, innovative/forward thinking
• Proven event management experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience of managing a large team
• Previous experience of talent contracting
• Good understanding of ASA guidelines and endorsement disclosures
• Previous budget management experience
