Job Summary:
As a member of the Store and Customer E-Commerce team, this individual is a key contributor to the definition and execution of our B2C eCommerce strategy while overseeing the brand’s digital presence in our partner websites.
Essential Functions:
• Accountable for achieving defined DPSM (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising) KPI’s for ecommerce customers
• Manage and lead new eCommerce Channel product and category marketing strategies to generate profitable annual growth and support equity management
• Measure performance to drive net online sales, providing tracking reports as needed on major initiatives
• Represent the voice of the ecommerce customer in the development of brand digital plans
• Partner with customer market insights team to stay informed of industry initiatives/trends, new technologies and process enhancements through benchmarking and best practices research
• Develop eCommerce Channel programs to ensure shoppers easily locate and purchase brands online. Align programs and strategies with opportunities, limitations and protocols of different channels, formats and customers
• BIN functionality for top customers
• Develop best in class shopper design template and toolkits for new product launches across all top customer e-commerce sites
• Ensure SEO optimized content
• Identify compliance requirements and internal processes needed to optimally work with partners
• Knowledge of partner accounts key metrics and tools available in vendor’s system. Organize all deliverables around improving these metrics
• Oversee all item creation, price changes and reporting. Become an expert on ways to create higher conversion on websites such as browse nodes, hidden search terms, product descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, photography, video, customer reviews, etc. and drive all teams to constantly improve and refresh our product detail pages
• Negotiate marketing placements weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually, optimizing seasonality, holidays, events and relevancy
• Keep team leader informed on status of plans and programs, changing conditions, requirements of marketplace, competitive activity, issues and accomplishments that may affect sales results
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline)
• 3+ years of experience in sales (e-commerce or digital marketing a plus)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint
• Experience in developing successful eCommerce business management and operations
• Knowledge of eCommerce shopper research and marketing concept
• Experience should include consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Experience with SEO Optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Beauty industry experience
• Social Media proficiency is a plus

Work Environment:
• Work will be conducted in a standard office environment with associated distractions such as noise from telephones, keyboards, talking, paging systems, machinery and equipment. Temperatures are regulated by facilities management and are not within the direct control of the individual.
• Exposure to standard chemicals used in an office environment is expected and includes but is not limited to toner, glue and liquid paper, etc. Additionally, the incumbent may be exposed to chemicals used in the manufacturing process of nail lacquers, lotions, etc.
