This area of our business provides expertise in Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Services team on an initial 12 month contract. In this newly created role you will provide admin support to four members (HR, IT, Legal and Operations) of L’Oreal Australia’s Management Committee. In this start up role you will be able to balance the priorities of four senior executives while maintaining a collaborative, outcome focused approach. In addition you will:
• Provide administrative and technical assistance including calendar and diary management, organisation of domestic and international business travel, scheduling key meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate reporting for monthly Australian management committee meetings and global functional reporting requirements
• Key point of contact for enquires from internal and external stakeholders
• Conduit for communication throughout the corporate services function and broader business
About you
You will be an established EA who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment. A strong networker, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from internal and external stakeholders at all levels of our business. Highly organised and outcome focused you will be able easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Previous experience within the FMCG or retail industries will be highly sought as will experience working with SAP.
