Footlocker.com / Eastbay operates the direct to consumer business for Foot Locker, Inc. - the world’s leading retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel. Our brands include Foot Locker, Eastbay, ChampsSports, Footaction, Kids Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker and SIX:02. In fact we manage 16 of the largest sport inspired web and mobile sites on the net, which enjoy over 250 million visits per year. We are curretnly looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to identify, research and establish prospective partnerships via the digital marketing channel.
Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities for current partnerships and prospects as well as how each marketing strategy will be carried out.
• Identify specific targets, impact, reach, cost and sales potential with each partnership and prospect. Target and reach audiences to generate maximum demand while cultivating relationships with partners.
• Works with affiliate marketing partners and internal teams to develop online advertising plans to drive customer acquisition and increase retention across the digital media channel. Certify campaigns are in line with brand parameters, guidelines and meet goals and objectives.
• Leverage relationships with 3rd party networks, including regular communication and feedback with account representatives on maintenance and hygiene of application and software to drive the growth of 3rd party affiliate programs.
• Assist with measuring and reporting on marketing tactics and strategies relating to customer acquisition, retention and revenue generated via digital media campaigns. Report results to management and others weekly/monthly.
• Responsible for achieving sales goals set for the current year. Work with accounting to provide accurate and timely information to ensure partners are compensated according to contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Research and Development, IT, Marketing, Reporting and others to launch new partnerships.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;
• Two to Three years related Marketing experience and/or training;
• Affiliate Marketing experience preferred.
