JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for the most talented MBA’s with a deep interest in the world of retail apparel to join our eCommerce team for 10 weeks this summer. We will teach you what you need to know about the world of Retail eCommerce – after all, you’ll be working with the most original and definitive denim brand in the world! In return, you will advise us about your generation and what they are looking for when it comes to shopping for and buying clothing. Our program will give you a chance to impact our consumers as well as work on a strategic, critical business initiative that is presented to senior leadership. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, interns will be exposed to all areas of our business and our brands. To top it off, you get to spend the summer in San Francisco!

Position Overview:
LS&Co is currently in a revolutionary phase as it seeks to transform into a leading ecommerce retailer. Our mission in Global Ecommerce is to deliver the next generation shopping experience to our consumers around the world. We are looking for a dynamic, high performing individual with a passion for retail and ecommerce to join our team this summer. As a Product Manager, you will drive the product vision, define roadmaps, and work closely with key stakeholders to build a best-in-class eCommerce experience for our Levi.com and Dockers.com customers in North America and Europe. You will be responsible for bridging business and technology to drive innovation by owning the product lifecycle from concept through launch.
The nature of the work during the internship will include:
• Owning a major work stream focused on uncovering and assessing growth opportunities in a specific eCommerce product area/feature
• Leading a cross-functional product team including technology to define, build and launch new and innovative features on the site
• Participating in key go-to-market process activities, from an eCommerce perspective
• Highlighting and implementing ways to foster innovation within the company
Your primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
• As part of the Global eCommerce Product Management team, drive product/feature specific initiatives to support LS&Co’s aggressive eCommerce growth objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of product strategy for Levis.com and Dockers.com globally.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, lead user acceptance testing, launch products, and address business and system issues.
• Leverage technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high quality products
• Measure post-delivery performance and optimize to drive customer experience benefit and cost savings.
• Communicate the benefits and champion initiatives throughout the organization
Requirements for the Internship:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Currently enrolled full-time in a top-tier MBA program, with expected graduation in spring/summer 2018.
• Computer literacy including proficiency with MS Office applications
Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization
• Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive ROI analysis.
• Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and drive a high level of focus
• Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications, manage trade-offs and opportunistically evaluate new opportunities with internal and external partners
• Strong interest in the apparel or technology industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail orientated and thorough
