Key Tasks
•Implement a cohesive marketing communication plan for the category based on the brand Strategic Business Plan (SBP) and respective category plan(s) incl. distribution channels, in accordance to based on regional guidelines.
•Coordinate alignment with internal departments and facilities execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing all creative output across the brand marketing disciplines (ATL, BTL, digital, PR…)
•Brief and manage internal1 and/or external resources for creating locally needed category specific marketing tools (exceptional)
•Drive the development of all communication tools from conception to execution ensuring that all projects are on time, within budget and on brief.
•Provide local specific communication insights (e.g. trends) of category to Lead Market.
•Track and report local implementation of global brand/category specific marketing tools back to Lead Market.
•To follow up with involved parties (external and internal) within the brand marketing process
•To act as a primary business contact for external parties (distributors, agencies and suppliers) for his/her corresponding markets
•To staff most suitable persons in direct report position in alignment with functional superiors and HR
•Secure and control the Sub – Area Brand marketing disciplines of the Marketing Working Budget within the agreed parameters for his/her responsible markets.
•Monitor all report, including joint Marketing Working Budget reports and activities reports of key accounts under his/her responsibilities
•Preparation of pre-event and post events reports.
