The successful individual will leverage his/her proficiency in web design to…
• Act as the "lead" Product Designer on smaller projects.
• Partner closely with the E-commerce team to deliver a best-in-class user experience and interface across all Coach.com platforms
• Work closely with peers in the Creative Studio to evolve the design language across all Coach.com platforms
• Develop a thorough understanding of the brand and proactively provide input to team members regarding user interface design and processes.
• Be comfortable executing design from early conceptual thinking through to delivery
• Ideate, create and improve upon interface and interaction designs, patterns, rules and approaches
• Be proficient in crafting original experiences that promote simplicity and a seamless design language in response to design challenges
• Demonstrate the craft of product design, following and communicating industry standards and best practices.
• Be comfortable presenting and communicating designs to peer groups and business stakeholders
An outstanding professional will have…
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in user interface design and interaction design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in multi-channel and device designing
• Proficient knowledge of Sketch, Photoshop and other relevant prototyping software
• A thorough understanding of current web technologies and usability best practices
• An open and creative mindset to problem solving
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience working in a collaborative development process
