Responsibilities
As a Brand Manager for our Running Specialty Sales organization, this position is responsible for managing and achieving the Fleet Feet Inc sales growth objectives and for providing Operational Support to the Run Specialty Channel. This requires ensuring there is proper education for Fleet Feet retail sales associates and New Balance account managers and tracksters to increase sell through of New Balance footwear, apparel and wearables in stores.
This position is also responsible for managing operational budgets and programs that will deliver against the goal of #1 in Running. This person will help achieve growth objectives by driving Channel tuned sales programs and will work closely with the national sales manager and channel manager to execute the strategic plan for the Run Specialty channel. Assist Run Specialty Area Managers to achieve sales and business goals for footwear, apparel and accessories. This position will also work closely with the marketing team to deliver measurable on investments, and to assist the Trackster team to help with sell-through data.
The brand manager will work onsite at Fleet Feet corporate office, serving as a visible champion internally and externally for the NB brand.
Qualifications
• Requires BA degree or equivalent with 5 plus years of experience, including related sales and/or operational experience with a track record of achieving sales objectives and operating contribution targets.

• Excellent project management skills.
• Analytical skills to create and interpret reports to manage sales activity
• Proficient in Excel, Wordl and PowerPoint.
• Specialty retail work experience is a plus.
• Monthly travel to Boston
