About the Role
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing marketing programs to support our new and emerging business lines including Plus, Maternity, Petites, Premium, among others. This is an exciting role, focused on growing and optimizing new audience segments, articulating new product offerings and identifying innovative and scrappy ways to bring targeted messages to market. As a key member of the marketing team, you will partner with channel owners, including acquisition, conversion and retention, to optimize marketing strategy and messaging, spend, assess channel and campaign performance, design and analyze marketing tests, manage creative and manage campaigns implemented across our owned and paid channels.

• Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing for new business lines including: TV, Video, Radio, Print, Digital and Paid Content
• Collaborate with the Director of Brand Marketing to align on seasonal marketing messages and creative approach
• Keep Stitch Fix at the forefront of innovation in the marketplace by identifying, testing and scaling new media formats and marketing approaches
• Champion new product segments, being the cheerleader for new businesses, ensuring they remain front and center
• Oversee rigorous creative testing and asset optimization to maximize spend
• Identify, initiate and leverage Partnership strategies to build awareness of the Stitch Fix brand and drive client acquisition
• Work with PR and Content teams to optimize the approach to Stitch Fix owned channels, such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Influencers
• Work collaboratively and effectively with Creative team to brief, review and refine creative work in line with strategic objectives
• Partner with Analytics and Insights team to surface key client insights that promote growth and continually evaluate campaign performance
• Partner with Finance and the Management teams to manage the budget to support P&L goals
• Conduct hindsight analysis on campaigns, reporting out on performance and identifying actions to improve ROAS and brand equity
• Manage, motivate, teach and develop more junior team members
• Prepare and present progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics to team, cross functional groups and management

• You have a B.A., M.B.A. preferred, with 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing
• You have deep brand management and media experience with a consumer brand in a high growth stage at scale
• You have a high analytical orientation, with experience in a rigorous performance data environment and desire to test and learn; we are a high A/B testing environment
• You are creative and excited about the opportunity to surface new and innovative ways to connect with consumers
• You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences
