Summary
The role of strategy at LPK is to bring focus, clarity and simplicity to the tough choices businesses must make in an increasingly complex world.
As a Strategy Director/Planner at LPK you will be expected to consistently deliver strategic and creative leadership, be a valued consultant internally and externally, and be responsible for creating and leading strategic content — for client brands and internal teams. You should inspire others while ensuring the highest standard of product excellence. You will need to support LPK’s principles of career and skill growth, while seeking challenging and stimulating opportunities for team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent LPK’s strategy capability to high-level client contacts (Brand/Design Manager, Director, VP, GM).
• Provide leadership within teams and grow the LPK’s capability to deliver branding solutions that build our clients’ business.
• Uphold the LPK’s standard for its product and people.
• Lead large-scale strategy engagements, directing and integrating the efforts of additional team members as necessary.
• Invent new and better ways to meet our clients’ needs.
• Direct RFP responses and develop winning pitches.
• Mentor and inspire junior- and mid-level strategists. Identify and grow the next generation of leadership.

Required Experience
• 7-10+ years of experience in brand consulting and strategic planning with brand/design consultancy, ad agency or client-side brand management
