JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Customer Marketing Executive
DEPARTMENT: Coty Professional Beauty
REPORTING TO: Channel Leader
LOCATION: Wimbledon
SUMMARY OF ROLE
To support Key Account managers in delivering bespoke activity to designated Salon Professional accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer Marketing Plans - Lead Customer Marketing Plan communication
• Support Development of designated accounts – lead by Key Account Elite Manager
• Lead, support and develop Customer Marketing Plans for National, Elite and Key account strategy to maximise priority 1 initiatives across National, Elite & Key Account.
• Lead Customer Marketing Plan communication process internally and work closely in the early phase of brand development to bespoke launches and initiative for designated accounts. – Work with Account team to develop bespoke GTM programs for designated accounts
• Work with internal team 6 months in advance to determine priorities for the company and work with account managers to develop bespoke plans for account where applicable
• Support Development of the following – lead by Key Account Elite Manager
◦ Personalized account plans by concept to maximize priority 1 initiatives
◦ Support the digital, email, ecommerce plans of designated accounts
◦ Develop additional personalized marketing campaigns to enable joint business growth
• Agency - liaise with agencies to design and implement bespoke initiative plans against our FMOT strategy
• Digital - ability to work with major accounts and support the significant growth opportunities of direct to consumer emailing campaigns and develop our e-commerce strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Good understanding of internal processes
• Previous experience working with agencies preferred
• Previous experience working multiple priorities and to tight deadlines
• Essential experience of using Excel to high level
• Use of PowerPoint, with good presentation skills
• Degree Educated
