Global Marketing Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate will coordinate the global marketing efforts for within the Calvin Klein Fashion and Home marketing group. In doing so, the candidate will need to support the execution of complex, integrated marketing programs. He/she will play a critical role in reliably performing foundational aspects of the business, in partnership with key stakeholders including project management and coordinator peers across regional team (US, Europe, Asia), internal stakeholders (design, merchandising, sales, creative, experiential, publicity, store display, e-commerce, production, and additional teams), and external stakeholders (licensees).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Assist with the overall marketing, advertising and promotional projects within Calvin Klein Fashion and Home lines of business, which consist of owned and licensed businesses
• Partner with the integrated marketing and communications team members (digital, publicity, social media, events, fashion office, creative, production, and others) to support initiatives
• Develop project briefs and coordinate execution of assigned initiatives, including components of advertising campaigns, packaging, communications, and visual efforts
• Assist with packaging and trim development, and liaise with stakeholders as needed for gathering feedback and securing approvals
• Coordinate with the Regional Divisions updates on the development of marketing elements that work best for the brand in their region
• Manage co-op marketing assets in support of retail stores and wholesale shops, and assist with trade marketing initiatives
• Work closely with project management to plan and ensure timely development and delivery of projects
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience at agencies or brands, with preference for experience at a lifestyle, home, fashion, or apparel company or account
• Integrated marketing mindset, with a passion for developing consumer experiences and programs
• Openness to developing strong leadership skills, with an ability to manage complexity and relationships amongst stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communications, attention to detail, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, or Business preferred
Skills:
• Enthusiasm for fashion and home products and brands, with a working knowledge of marketing best practices and campaigns from non-fashion categories
• Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills required; positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded
• Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
• Must be proactive and solution-oriented
• Desire to develop strong data/analytics skills
