Purpose:
To support the eCom sales of adidas & Reebok brands by executing the alignment of activation calendar among all the key interfaces and the master data to guarantee we are adapting both our site and product presentation to the needs of our consumers, and in-line with our business objectives and Brand Marketing guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:
• Working within DTC Merchandising to guarantee that eCom product offer meets consumer needs
• Propose actions and alternatives to achieve eCom KPI’s based on sell-thru and sales analysis reports (current & old season, margin analysis, ABC , etc) in collaboration with DTC Merchandising area
• Follow-up of the eCom actuals and rolling forecast for the merchandise KPI´s (Sales, Inventory and Margin) for the year, providing financial input to marketing and support areas
• Product online benchmarking & pricing monitoring, among main players in the market
• Accountable for the creation and delivery of assets (content/imagery) by Internal (GACT/Reebok asset creation team) and external agencies
• Work closely with DTC Merchandising, to ensure the timely availability of assets and master data in both the adidas product management system
• Accountable for the creation, maintenance, transfer and reporting of correct and consistent data between different systems
• Support the regional Site merchandising team by suggesting enrichments on the product filters using data sources or thinking outside the box when product information does not exist
Master Data
• Delivery the targets of products available online to secure CR
• Guarantee the best execution of online product display: images and product content
• Review and promote the constant optimization of Display Names, Product Descriptions, Article Master Data, Filters, Size Description and Product Attributes (taking into consideration SEO requirements) to leverage the user experience and increase convertion rate. Give feedback for futher improvements.
• Searchandising: Provide feedback on key words/themes to improve our onsite search engine
Activation
• Create the local monthly eCommerce Activation Calendar, based on the business and brand priorities, to ensure proper product offer and timelines on adidas and Reebok websites.
• Work closely with Marketing Activation, DTC Merchandising, Site Content, DTC Retention and SEO/SEM to ensure wider cross-channel campaigns are translating into tangible, logical site experiences
• Onsite content briefing and approval process for campaign activations and promotions
• Responsible for the local newsletter briefing, respecting calendars and deadlines.
Analytics
• Weekly updates tracking with tools and upload to LAM.
• Provide constant and qualitative product and category performance feedback (top and poor highlights) to local DTC Merchandising
Product Personalization (when applicable)
• Manage local personalization business (defining ranging, pricing strategy)
• Implement Personalization required tasks, such as product setup, content upload and sales follow up, future developments and forecast
