ASSOCIATE PRODUCER, Clinique Online
JOB SUMMARY:
Clinique Online is looking for an Associate Producer that will be responsible for the execution of website updates/enhancements, new functionality, strategic merchandizing, improving usability, and updating content for North America Clinique sites. This role will also involve planning and coordinating timing for refreshes and all site projects that require copy, creative & engineering resources from inception through launch to ensure both deadlines & business goals have been successfully accomplished. The incumbent will accomplish this by working closely with key cross functional teams to plan and prioritize project tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and update content for NA sites on an ongoing basis, spearheading weekly refreshes while utilizing multiple digital tools and platforms
• Collaborate with internal features teams for launch of new enhancements, functionalities and brand requested initiatives
• Review of all creative deliverables to ensure functional specifications and requirements are met
• Manage process of obtaining and requesting new product images; oversee image management platform and uploads
• Track and report site bugs and resolutions with appropriate teams and resources
• Manage all new product launch data and setup working with internal stakeholders
• Own end-to-end QA and UAT process across all environments for new site promotions and product launches
• Collaborate with Ecommerce team for set up of all new site and affiliate offers
• Maintain product catalog data and merchandising for NA sites
• Diligently track live site promotions and new launches
• Continual optimization and update of keyword data for onsite search tool
• Oversee and input all backend data for site diagnostic tools
• Provide assistance as needed for site and product-related customer service inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years digital production, project management or ecommerce experience
• Extremely detail-oriented and quality assurance focused
• Working knowledge and experience of website technologies, product catalog or inventory tools, CMS and ecommerce platforms and processes
• Strong ability to effectively and professionally communicate across various levels of the organization (written and verbal) including engineering resources, features teams, creative designers, ecommerce counterparts, and senior management
• Must be able to successfully track and manage multiple projects within given deadlines with experience utilizing online project and issue management tools providing timely and consistent updates to necessary stakeholders
• Motivated to proactively, creatively and independently problem solve and prevent issues to maintain site standards and brand alignment
• Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends and best practices
• Interest or knowledge of beauty industry a plus
