Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Implement the respective global and Western European strategies in the Benelux by driving and amending the local Go To Market processes in close cooperation with main stakeholders (Brand activation, Sales and North Europe CtC teams).
• Support positive development of adidas & Reebok brand image and sustainable and profitable market share growth.
• Responsible for Cluster marketing operations processes (e.g. GTM process calendars, GTM plans & checks, showroom set-up and local internal events) to ensure maximum impact towards sales team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with North Europe Marketing Operations and CtC team to ensure optimal marketing operations processes (including Benelux Account & Category Plans input for WE and managing the Benelux seasonal marketing calendars)
• Ensure proper communication and information flow (including CtC information, allocation strategies and set-up) to and in between all interfaces (North Europe CtC, North Europe Marketing Operations, Benelux Marketing and Sales)
• Coordinate & facilitate local key Sales Launches (Cluster Q2 /Q4 Sales launches)
• Work in close cooperation with VM, Wholesale Activation and Showroom Category Champions to coordinate Leusden and Brussels showrooms seasonal set-up.
• Coordinate set-up of seasonal retailer trade fairs in close cooperation with relevant sales teams, Wholesal Activation and Visual Merchandising team.
• Work with Brand Activation, CtC and Sales management teams to produce seasonal GTM strategies and plans, detailing marketing strategies, communication articles, including DNA packs overlap, allocations and sell-in requirements to support BRM and sell-in presentations and proper execution of strategies in season.
• Look for maximum WE alignment and continuous process / tools improvement.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Preferably University degree (Project Management or Business desirable).
• 3+ years’ experience, ideally dealing with marketing and/or sales processes.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
