Boden is embarking on a digital transformation program to drive the best digital brand and shopping experience. You will play a key part in understanding how customers interact with the brand online across territories and devices. You will be responsible for understanding the customer behaviour across all Boden digital touchpoints and will be able to turn data into actionable insights. Capable of critical thinking you will be able to work closely with key stakeholders and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to communicate analysis and recommendations. You will also work closely with commercial planning and the customer experience and trading team to analyse the performance of digital marketing channels and onsite content.
The person in this role will:
• Support the projects and changes led by the Product Management and Digital Marketing teams through detailed analysis
• Use strong analytical skills to provide insight as well as recommendations for change as part of a continual feedback loop
• Produce of regular reporting, benchmarking website, digital marketing performance and interpreting the data
• Produce of ad hoc analysis on website behaviour, KPI trends and engagement with new and existing functionalities
Skills and experience:
• Highly numerate skills with a high standard of accuracy with data and commercial awareness of its usage
• 2 years’ experience in either digital analytics or digital marketing
• High level of familiarity with digital analytics and data
• Strong Excel required
• SQL + good understanding of technology a strong benefit
