Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Home Office – New Albany, OH
The Production Coordinator provides support within our Sourcing department at the Abercrombie & Fitch Home Office. The primary responsibilities include generating purchase orders to our vendor base, managing samples and completing other administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manages the RMS system for commitment/PO issuance and maintenance
• Communicates with external vendors on RMS
• Orders and tracks incoming samples requested by Public Relations and Marketing teams, as well as TOPS
• Maintains accurate production charts and tools that are consistent with the RMS system
• Administrative tasks for department as needed
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach
