An opportunity for a Brand Country Manager to join the factorie team has arisen. You will lead the business in order to achieve brand growth and K.P.I’s, and play an integral role in executing the Brand DNA across all consumer touch points across Asia (Singapore & Malaysia) and achieve the Brand and business global growth plan.
You will be responsible for the management and growth of the factorie business including;
• Retail Operations & Visual Communication
• Brand DNA & Consistent Customer Experience
• Merchandise & Stock/Inventory Management
• People Development and Succession Planning
• Profitability and Cost Control
A critical role within the factorie Global team, the Brand Country Manager for Cotton On will be responsible for delivering on sales targets and other nominated key performance indicators (KPI's), to maximize store contribution; developing capability across all functions via people leadership and development; and ensuring long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures. Crucial to your success in this position will be your strong focus on collaboration, your drive to grow the brand and the team, and your ability to provide long term business success.
You will have proven ability in Country / National Retail Management, Brand Management or Merchandising General Management and experience in delivering world class product. You will have extensive people management skills and a proven track record of successful and profitable business operations.
