The Administrative Assistant will assist the Construction and Real Estate Team with all administrative tasks. This position will be based out of our Houston, TX corporate office. This is an Entry-Level position that will report to the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction.
Responsibilities:
• Organizes documentation, sets up and maintains all types of files and records for the Real Estate & Construction Department.
• Responsible for setting up utilities and alarm systems for all new boutiques.
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting department expenses.
• Supports the Vice President of Real Estate & Construction by assisting with meetings, calendar evites, organizing, filing and reporting.
• Researches information, collects, assembles, and summarizes information from identified sources as directed.
• Develop strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines. Prioritize work accordingly, escalate issues as needed and build working relationships with other departments.
• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate & Construction Team.
• Identifies, enhances and follows processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the Real Estate & Construction Departments.
• Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to successfully and independently complete projects as directed.
• Experience with the following Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful and professional manner with different departments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
