Description
As the Football Brand Director you will the leader responsible for all football brand & marketing activities in Nike Russia, including seasonal game-planning, strategic and creative leadership, team development and WC’18 brand plans.
Responsibilities
• Push the Nike Russia Football brand to the next level within Nike and be the spokesperson for the country across Nike.
• Create, own, drive and align brand plans for WC’18 and be an integral part of the cross-functional team that elevates the entire marketplace.
• Lead the evolution towards a new marketing mix with a focus on digital journeys and massive scale being supported with physical activations and events.
• Lead the development of programs that will maximize brand awareness, affinity and strength through community building, 365 communications and a strong focus on digital engagement and activation.
• Create new ways of engaging, inspiring and motivating consumers through the digital ecosystem in a fun, playful and sustainable way.
• Manage with courage to develop the football brand and functional team through empowerment, coaching and inspiration – make football the category everybody wants to be a part of.
• Own the relationship with CEE and Global Football and ensure they are included in planning and execution.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead from the front, to embrace change and to create the future of marketing with open collaboration across all key leaders, stakeholders and managers.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years’ territory experience in marketing strategy and execution
• Brand/Commercial Experience within the Football Category
• Budget and project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to put concepts in front of consumers
• Team leadership experience
