PURPOSE:
We are looking for a Video Post-Production Coordinator to work in partnership with key partners across Creative Media to ensure a smooth and succesful workflow for video post-production assets on any given project.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful planning, workflow and delivery of video post production assets to key stakeholders both internally and externally.
The role gives direct support to the Senior Manager of video Post Production in retaining our high level of creative and technical expectations on every project for multi channel execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be a key member of the Post Production team and manage projects from inception through to delivery
• Qualify briefs and specifications to ensure sufficient information and assets has been provided in order to brief projects to operators.
• Organising daily review sessions with creatives and project stakeholders to provide concise feedback to the video editors and CG Operators.
• Communicate all project plans and their timelines to the relevant team members.
• Conduct long term planning for resourcing the team in-line with the Marketing activity calendar.
• Allocate projects to the most suitable Video and CG operators based on experience and skill set.
• Able to demonstrate good stakeholder management skills as well as fronting the relationship with agencies.
• Develop strong relationships across business to improve ways of working.
• Liaise with freelancers and agencies on recruitment opportunities.
• Arrange IT support for new freelancers along with creating new vendor forms where relevant.
• Supervise weekly timesheets on all projects and ensuring PO’s are correctly allocated to
PERSON PROFILE:
• Strong ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
• Ability to drive great team performance at project delivery level is critical
• Experience working in a team across mixed skill sets and media disciplines.
• Ability to deeply understand both the Burberry brand and the Media landscape, and apply your knowledge across all areas - especially interrogating specs, briefing designers, managing stakeholders.
• An understanding of the Video, CG and Stills process.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Experience working within the luxury fashion industry an advantage.
• Professional knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suites.
