Role purpose:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Administrator to join Evans providing admin support for our Buying and Merchandising, Creative and Design departments.
Responsibilities:
• Admin, secretarial support and diary management for Buying Director and Creative Director
• Booking UK and International travel for Buying, Merchandising, Creative and Design departments
• Ensuring appropriate visas and documents are readily available for travelers and that this processed is managed end to end
• Booking meeting rooms, fielding emails/ telephone calls and resolving queries where applicable
• Supporting Team Away Days, booking rooms and resources as appropriate
• Compiling reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Sending Brand communications and actioning any facilities/office issues
• Ad hoc tasks as required to support the Brand, such as supporting office moves, kitchen duties and ordering stationery & office equipment
Person specification:
• Maintains high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Advanced level Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills with experience of multiple diary management
• Able to use initiative and work independently
• Can multi-task and juggle priorities in a calm and approachable manner
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
• Is flexible and adaptable to different working styles and different situations
• Working knowledge and understanding of retail would be an advantage
Working Hours:
20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-1pm
