Description:
The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Benefits and Stock Plan Team. The Benefits Coordinator will assist in benefits administration, supporting wellness and Associate programs and running ad hoc and compliance reports.
Qualifications:
Essential Tasks Benefits Administration
• Assist with the administration and communication of benefit plans
• Assist with eligibility, enrollment and claim inquiries
• Serve as Tier 2 support for benefit escalations
• Assist with annual open enrollment
• Assist with benefit plan audits
• Assist with new hire benefits onboarding
• Support manager with HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate special projects and assignments as needed
• Support Leave of Absence administration
Wellness and Associate Programs
• Schedule and coordinate wellness events including blood drives, flu shots, mobile mammogram and annual benefits &wellness fair
• Process tuition reimbursement and adoption assistance requests
• Produce and distribute discount cards and service awards
• Partner with Total Rewards team to contribute to quarterly enewsletter
Reporting and Compliance
• Run and prepare scheduled and ad hoc reporting
• Participate in benchmarking surveys and research trends/competitor survey information to provide support for benefit changes
• Process monthly benefit invoice reporting and calculation
• Reconcile and process retirement plan wire requests
