The HSN Marketing Team builds and supports the HSN brand and business, and the brand and businesses of our partners, by leveraging and expressing customer insight through all HSN touch points and external media in a way that builds the HSN community, drives preference and action, and attracts and retains customers.
A Day in the Life
The Administrative Assistant will primarily support 3 VP/OVP’s and to a lesser extent, 6 department directors across Marketing, and Corp/Bus Development. The role also frequently interfaces and supports multiple Executive Assistants due to the nature of the work. This role requires a high-degree of discretion and a great deal of multi-tasking.
• Manage complex schedules/calendars and coordinate frequent travel arrangements
• Complete and process expense reports
• Plan and coordinate meetings
• Assist with development of presentations in PowerPoint
• File and office supply organization
• Purchase order input and processing
• General clerical support, including answering phones
• Assist with basic online research

Must Haves
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio
• Experience managing calendars in Outlook
• Experience making complex travel arrangements
• Internet savvy
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as outstanding organizational ability
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing
• Experience working as an Administrative Assistant within a large corporate environment
