Supporting the marketing manager in developing the marketing plans by country ensuring timely execution of plans through coordinating with different distributors across the region working within one of the leading luxury brands in the world
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the marketing manager and the account manager to ensure the developpement of the brand in the region and establish profitable relationship with key/distributors and retailers.
• Constant support in the implementation of the marketing plans by country agreed with the regional team in respect of the brand guidelines
• Liase with central corporate office and feedback to marketing manager
• Have a detailed visibility of the BTL activities by country and by retailer
• Assist and guide distributors in their daily requests of information on POS materials, in store animation, media and training
• Track distributors activities spending and monitor costs to review with the marketing manager against P&L
• To undertake regular review of consumers in store shopping experience, from branding to customisation of POS materials according to local needs and in store animations
• Monitor implementation of BTL activities on the field
• Selll out and return on investment analysis
• Competitor review within the region and feed back the best practices to regional marketing team
• Provide weekly internal marketing updates highlighting all key country activities
• Assist in the preparation of presentations to external parties and senior Management.

REQUIREMENTS
• University graduate with Marketing experience
• Ability to work flexible working hours
• Good communication skills, phone manners
• Work well under pressure and tight deadlines

TECHNICAL
• Good knowledge of Access, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good organisational skills
• Good analytical skills, KPI, P&L
• Good attention to detail
