POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead supply planning and production plan process for all components and finished goods across the Becca categories. Work closely with demand planning manager to ensure demand plan alignment. Work with commercial team in allocation of finished goods to achieve customer service and inventory targets.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Monitor service level, out-of-stock, and low stock status for the network. Expedite supply and make customer allocation decisions as needed to support customer service targets.
• Communicate supply status on skus and identify alerts to commercial team.
• Close collaboration with demand planning for proper vendor and TPM production plans. (MRP). Prepare for and participate in weekly Supply / Demand Review meetings with Demand Planning.Work with demand planner to access monthly forecast by sku to develop longer range production plan.
• Responsible for material requirements planning of all vendors and finished goods TPM production orders to meet network requirements. Confirm components and material availability to create production orders to support service objectives. Work closely with procurement team for timely PO placement and supplier deliveries.
• Collaborate with customer service and DC to have timely finished goods inventory updates. Work with brand commercial team to set priorities and execute recommendations for extra orders and method of shipment.
• Manage the inventory process and all disposition excess and obsolete finished goods in DC locations through reprogramming, redeployment, or destruction.
• Monitor QA status, review expired finished goods, and facilitate rework for rejected finished goods in DC locations.
• Maintain timely and accurate Bills of Material (BOM) and master file data to support requirements planning process.
• Review material shortages preventing production orders conversion and follow up with procurement team on PO placement and timing.
Qualifications
• College/University degree required.
• Minimum of (5) years of related experience.
• Focus in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver), the integration of organization, system and process enterprise wide, and the importance of Master Data in the overall effectiveness and operation of the Supply Chain.
• Experience using multiple complex database and/or ERP systems (SAP/NetSuites)
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong MS Excel skills is essential
