About the Role
Stitch Fix is looking for a bright, inventive, and organized team player to join our People & Culture team and be the new face of the company. This person will not only manage the inner workings of our day-to-day, but also plays a crucial role in creating a delightful Stitch Fix experience for all employees. This person will be the go-to for all office support -- having your hand in everything from assisting with the onboarding of new members to the Stitch Fix team to organizing our office and ensuring that everything flows seamlessly for our people. Your ability to quickly problem solve, stay organized, all the while keeping a smile on your face, is the key to success in this role. You thrive when working in a fast paced environment, would consider multitasking one of your greatest strengths, and love interacting with people!

• Represent Stitch Fix by creating a positive atmosphere and greeting all employees and guests who come through the door
• Receive and resolve all incoming employee and guest questions or concerns – you’re here to help!
• Manage, update, and organize inventory in copy room, supply room, and break room
• Manage vendors that we work with regularly to ensure we are providing quality & efficient services
• Book conference room space and lodging for offsite events
• Own the conference room scheduling, master the office A/V equipment and help prep for meetings
• Help set up for office lunches, meetings, and events
• Assist with the shipping packages, creating photocopies, and other clerical functions
• Work with leadership and P&C to create and implement employee engagement programs
• Prepare toolkits, QC, pack, distribute and/or ship event supplies and swag prior to each event
• Collect supplies, manage return shipping, QC, and re-stock all event items following each event
• Research, order, manage deliveries, and replace event supplies as needed
• Create and maintain master inventory list of all event supplies
• Maintain appropriate swag supplies for upcoming events, reordering when necessary
• Assist in planning, setup, and execution of recurring in house events, including monthly team member celebrations and meet ups
• Maintain/update building event calendar as new events are added
• Send surveys collecting post event feedback, compile response data, and complete recap forms
• Manage and maintain event image and video library
• Manage event expense tracking
We’re excited about you because...
• You have 2+ years working in a fast paced environment (hospitality or retail preferred)
• You have 2+ years experience in an event coordination, employee engagement, or office coordination role
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• You are tech savvy and very proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• You have a strong customer service background with administrative experience and love to help people
• You are hard working, creative, resourceful, and professional
• You are outgoing, friendly and an excellent communicator
• You have an all hands on deck mentality & creative problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
• You are extremely detail-oriented and organized
• You are excellent at multi-tasking and flexible with shifting priorities
• You are smart, driven, and excited to learn new things
• You can work independently as well as part of a team
• You are comfortable handling and moving up to 50 lbs of merchandise at a time
• You are independent and able to work with little direction on occasion
