What you’ll be doing day to day…
• Collating trade information / attending regular product and trade meetings
• Cascading trade information through to field team through conference calling and bulletins
• Reacting and planning visual activity in response to trade
• Compiling visual feedback / identifying opportunity on a national level
• Planning UK store visits – 2-3 days per week or as business requires

About You
• Be an aspirational leader to field visual team - with a flair in developing talent and building success
• Deliver a consistently high level of visual across a multi-channel brand
• Work closely with international teams to deliver global visual success
• Be highly commercial and able to react and adapt to changing retail markets
• Ensure all brand guidelines are delivered to a high standard and implement consistently
• Build and maintain successful relationships both within Head office and within the field and store
• Have extensive knowledge of retail environments
• Conduct research on current and future trends to influence the visual merchandising / styling and interiors
• Plan and execute all new store openings in line with brand vision
• Hold inspiring Regional / National / Visual Training events
• Support on International visual training sessions based in the UK and Overseas.
Key Skills
• Requires comprehensive knowledge of word / Power point / Excel / and occasionally in-design / photoshop
• Extensive UK and potentially International travel as the business requires
• Periods of Overnight work for guideline / seasonal and new store set ups
• Excellent Personal time management
