Our Global Partner Markets team (GPM) specifically focuses on licensees and distributors, based on the most effective Go-to-Market approach for our Brand in each geography.
We are on the lookout for a superstar to add to our growing GPM team! As the Merchandise Operations Specialist, Global Partner Markets, you will play a key role in our cross-functional group by supporting merchandising and selling strategies across Footwear & Apparel for our partners across the globe.
Job Summary:
• Responsible for supporting GPM Sales & Merchandising operations (footwear & apparel) through data management, analysis & communication across all GPM territories
• Own the merchandising fundamentals -- style productivity, SKU efficiency, forecasting, pricing, and flow to support GPM excellence
• Prepare / manage / distribute seasonal Merchandising reports & line plans
• Maintain accurate data for merchandising systems
• Initiate & consolidate seasonal forecasts, sales sample requests and sales reports
• Drive the monthly buy process – driving alignment, provide analysis & resolving consolidation concerns
• Support the GPM team with managing critical processes, tools & projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or Merchandising
• 2+ years of related experience in merchandising, operations or planning role
• Strong analytical skills -- ability to generate quantitative / qualitative data for analysis and decision making purposes.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse group
• Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
• Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
• Experience working in SAP is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
