Location: Athleta is relocating to San Francisco on or around Feb 1, 2017! This role will be located at 1 Harrison Street in San Francisco, Ca.
Start Date: The anticipated start date for this role will be January 29th, 2017 or therefore after.
Summary:
The Assistant Producer manages the implementation of site marketing. The Associate Producer is responsible for on time and flawless scheduling, coordinating, delivering, testing and approving of site marketing content.
Responsibilities:
• Understand business goals and requirements for all website projects. Create detailed implementation schedules for each project and validate/communicate out with needed project resources
• Partner with members of cross-functional areas including Production, Marketing, Design, Merchandising and Web Content Development to ensure best customer experience
• Use experience to achieve process efficiencies
• Assists in leading key meetings owned by Production. Records action items and communicates out to owners for follow-up and completion
• Monthly and Ad Hoc Site Refreshes
• Manage the production schedule, activities and deliverables related to site marketing refreshes
• Coordinate project activities from various business partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Web Development, QA, and 3rd party vendors, among others
• Communicate callouts and action items resulting from creative reviews; clarify linking strategy, special sort requirements, and functionality expectations; identify risks
• Ensure project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements. Keep management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.)
• Perform thorough QA of website marketing content prior to and after publish (includes copy, links, product images, browser compatibility), keeping perspective of Customer in mind. Log, track and close issues. Approve updates
Qualifications:
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail
• Ability to respond to last-minute changes with positive attitude
• Talent for working effectively with business partners to achieve results
• Requirements
• 1-2 years’ experience in web testing, production, or project management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
