DIGITAL MANAGER
CONSUMER PRODUCTS DIVISION

Key job accountabilities:
Drive the digital transformation focusing on consumer –centric approach
Develop and implement long term digital strategy for L’Oreal consumer brands
Drive the optimization of media budget – divided by brands and media
Ensure digital content management and social media channels
Create and communicate guidellines for implementation – processes & tools, templates and partnerships (KPI execution) for proper digital strategy
Cooperate with commercial teram in e-commerce development
Ensure an outlook among competition & other industries
Required Skills and Abilities:
4-5 years of experience in digital management (producer’s company, digital agency, advertising agency)
Expertise in online marketing, social media, CRM
Expertise in advertising and media landscape (especially digital)
Experience in website content optimization and traffic building
Mastering of integrated communication campaign planning
Strong project management skills
Analytical, proactive approach
Great networking abilities
Fluent English
