ROLE MISSION
The Digital Brand Marketing Associate will help to coordinate and execute digital marketing strategies across Ralph Lauren’s luxury brands, including Collection, Purple Label, Ralph Lauren Accessories, Watches & Jewelry, and Fragrance. Each season, the Associate will work with teams in each region to launch and support global campaigns and brand initiatives. This role is omnichannel in nature, supporting both Ralph Lauren E-commerce / Digital as well as Ralph Lauren Stores.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with brand teams (Marketing, Design, Merchandising) to understand overall global strategy and planning for each season
• Gather and maintain seasonal buy information and key investments for each brand, across NA, EU and APAC
• Create briefs as needed within the RL Agency for brand activities, including shoots and image requests
• Partner with internal teams (Email, Content Marketing, Social) to build awareness of brand initiatives and ensure support
• Manage global Luxury calendar, including shoots, print and digital advertising campaigns, and PR & store events
• Manage digital image calendar across regions and channels
• Maintain library of Luxury emails and site placements
• Track competitors’ brand initiatives throughout the year, particularly during Fashion Week, Holiday, and promotional periods
• Work with CIEM team to obtain Luxury data as needed
• Monitor RL.com Luxury content daily, across landing pages, features, and grids, to ensure proper customer experience across desktop and mobile
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BA in Marketing or Brand Management
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in digital and/or brand marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel; familiar with all major social media platforms
