Brand Execution
• Manage market calendar / planning, input appointments & coordinate models and work with Showroom Manager.
• Assist Senior AE in market appointments for specific accounts & sell during selling campaign
• Chase customer orders to meet deadlines, input market seasonal orders, help the Senior Account Executive with the conversion process (ensuring all orders meet the minimums and selling guidelines)
• Prepare product training materials & selling tools for Department stores sales associates to help drive business & sell thru
• Assist Senior Account Manager in account projects to further develop skills of an account executive.
Operational Excellence
• Purchase Order management in order to ensure maximum shipping % (deal with cancelation / delays reports and replace stock when possible)
• Assist Senior Account Executive in improving general sell through by collecting sell thru data & producing monthly product / account reports
• Operationally manage approved Returns / Stock Swap
• Prepare stock opportunities on a bi-monthly basis ; enter and process in-season orders
• Prepare all market material, including Brand buys (pricing, editing and printing) and follow up of new/missing samples with sample coordinator.
• Assist the Senior AE in the organisation of trainings
• Assist Senior AE/AM in store visits within regional portfolio
• After sales service performance follow up
Collaboration & Communication
• Responsible for monitoring and communicating requested delivery date versus confirmed delivery date discrepancies to Customers & Customer Operations Department (COM) to improve and meet in stores shipments.
• Establish monthly reports on in-season orders vs targets
• Produce post market order book analysis per division
