POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual is responsible for partnering with multiple departments to manage the strategy, architecture, user experience, marketing, project solutions & execution across all consumer facing Omni-Channel domains and business capability areas. Serve as the leader, solution architecture, partner and motivator on cross-functional teams during the lifecycle of project development and management. Ensure programs contribute positively to the Tom Ford Beauty DNA, strategy, growth, and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Develop primary Omni-Channel business capabilities that enable selling products, engaging customers, and create new, branded customer experiences.
• Champion the needs of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives
• Collaborate with regions, corporate business partners and other stakeholders to develop road maps, track budgets, timelines, rollout strategies, define/track/own KPIs and measure ROI.
• Partner with creative, product marketing, education, PR, merhcandising, Tom Ford International teams and other corporate business partners on digital programs; Coordinate solution implementation, modification and support post-launch change management efforts, as needed
• Create executive-level presentations summarizing strategy, plans and progress
• Coordinate with stakeholders, test programs to ensure optimal experience and quality assurance
• Conduct analysis to measure the results, benefit/impact, and identify optimizations
• Work with cross-functional teams to leverage synergies, align on expectations, distribute learnings and negotiate trade-offs when necessary
• Lead multiple, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
• Support cross-functional team’s digital execution strategy, while measuring success in terms of business drivers and customer experience value. Projects will cut across digital technology, e-commerce, marketing, mobile, content, database development, events & operational efficiency.
• Provide and update guidelines and solutions to help grow partner/retailer e-commerce.
• Expand functionality and capabilities of brand to increase service offering and profitability.
• Daily responsibilities will vary by project type
• Identifies new opportunities and develops business cases (including detailed financial models) for technology solutions that drive incremental business for Tom Ford Beauty, including:
◦ Gathering input from internal and external sources
◦ Justifying development initiatives and expenditures
◦ Analyzing competitors and market trends
◦ Evaluating technologies
• Mentor and manage one direct report

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• College/University degree required. MBA preferred.
• Position requires a minimum of 8+ years related experience.
• Omnichannel or e-commerce experience required
• Hands-on experience building customer-facing digital programs or implementing digital retail or enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, specifically CMS platforms, databases, asset management tools, e-commerce platforms and Google Analytics
• Proven track-record and demonstrated leadership of direct reports and indirect project teams
• Ability to work independently and successfully operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
• Creative thinker and multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
• Must have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” and “get it done” mentality, with ability to change direction seamlessly and motivate team members
• Demonstrated technical acumen with an ability to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs; able to communicate technical concepts to business users and creative teams
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation format to business leaders at all levels and influence key stakeholders across the organization
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of Omni-Channel applications such as POS, E-commerce, Mobile, Apps, etc.
• Luxury experience preferred
