Description
Optimizing sales reporting & business analysis
• Collect metrics and define key performance indicators.
• Track and report on sales rep analysis on weekly base.
• Provide analytical support and make recommendations.
Sell Through tracking
• Compile weekly and monthly sell-out reports on main key accounts business.
• Weekly recap and analysis of best and slow sellers
• Weekly performance review of key items and stories for the season.
• Recap the performance of the assortment including average weekly sell- through, color performance and SKU productivity.
• Monitor inventory, sell-thru and replenishment on key products.
• Recap performance of marketing and seasonal stories and proactively provide insights for future planning.
• Submit recommendations to key account managers to improve sell-out performances.
Sales support
• Support & delivery of samples to accounts for shootings in alignment with Sales
• Support Office Manager on samples management
• Help in setting-up the showrooms
• Support GTM in territory by creating, confirming and gathering all necessary tools for the sales force (line list, catalogue, …)
• Deliver tools for Sales force to enhance sales & operation efficiency

Qualifications
• 5th year student of business or engineer school
• At least one experience of 6-months as intern or temporary contract
• Autonomous with a strong ability to prioritize
• Strong excel competences
• Organized, curious and wishing to learn within a fun and collaborative team
• A former experience on SAP or any other ERP
• Business sense (sales and profitability vision)
• Fluent in French and English (writing + oral skills)
• Fashion & sneaker sensitivity
